Easy self-service
AMiS is especially developed to be user friendly. AMiS is been developed with proven technology and built with high quality materials. The reliability of AMiS contributes to a safe healthcare process with as little as possible technical defects. 
If the equipment doesn't work as expected, AMiS has a simple and effective self-service program that allows to indentify and fix any error quickly. 

Equipment replacement

Unreliable equipment is not an option. In the event of a problem not being solved in time, Alphatron can provide you with the replacing equipment service until your mobile workstation is ready for use again!

Extended warranty up to 5 years (optional)
AMiS is standard equipped with 2 years warranty. It is possible to extend the warranty to 5 years and freeze service and repair costs with an All Inclusive Service and Warranty agreement. Please feel free to contact us for more information. 

Support desk
